Here is our new EUHSD technical support line:
In coordination with our Data Management and Ed Tech teams, we have established a single phone number for technical support. This number will give the caller options for:
- IT Support Services
- Data Management (Synergy) Support Services – FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY
- Ed Tech Support Services
For IT Support Services, we have established an on-call, phone support system. Phones will be staffed by district IT employees from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (2 techs on-call) and 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. We are welcoming support calls from ALL EUHSD students and employees. Teachers and site admin, please help spread the word to our students.
Transitioning to a call center support system will be a little bumpy at first. We thank you for your patience as we navigate through these interesting times.
