Athletics Clearance and Eligibility
It is Board Policy of the Escondido Union High School District that all student athletes must have a sports physical on file.
All student-athletes must have completed the online clearance process and submitted physical and signature page online through CIF Home Campus before trying out for any sports team at DLA.
To Do List for Scholar – Athletes for 2025 – 2026 School Year:
- Get Physical Examination (with documentation from medical professional (family doctor, etc). Sports physical evaluation form is only valid for 1 calendar year from the date of the exam.
- Create account on https://home-campus.com/login.php, complete all the required steps and upload documentation. If online information is left incomplete, scholar athletes will not be cleared to try out nor participate in DLA Sports.
- OPTIONAL: Contact the coach for your interested sport. Some may be holding summer workouts/conditioning.
